Mental Health Support & Useful Links

You don't have to face things alone

Looking after our mental health is just as important as looking after our physical health.

At Healthy Minds Cornwall CIC, we believe that everyone should be able to access appropriate information, support and encouragement when they need it.

We provide wellbeing-focused activities and support, but we are not a replacement for NHS services, medical treatment, counselling or specialist mental-health services.

We have therefore brought together some useful organisations and services that can provide additional help.

💙 Looking after your mental wellbeing

You don't have to wait until you're experiencing a mental-health crisis before looking after your wellbeing.

Small, regular actions can make a difference.

Try to:

Connect – spend time with people who make you feel supported.

Be active – regular movement and time outdoors can benefit both physical and mental wellbeing.

Learn – developing a new skill or pursuing an interest can improve confidence and wellbeing.

Give – helping others can create a sense of purpose and connection.

Take notice – make time to notice the world around you and how you are feeling.

And remember: asking for help is a strength, not a weakness.
